At SJD Auto Parts, we are committed to providing reliable automotive interior upgrade products and professional after-sales support.

   Our products include OEM-style ambient lighting systems, Android multimedia screens, steering wheel upgrades, digital instrument clusters and related interior upgrade accessories.

   Please inspect all products carefully before installation. If you receive a damaged, missing or incorrect item, please contact us immediately before installation.

Return Policy

   Returns may be accepted only when the item is unused, uninstalled and kept in its original packaging.

   Please contact us before returning any product. Items returned without prior confirmation may not be accepted.

   Return requests may be reviewed based on the product type, order details and the reason for return.

Refund Policy

   Refunds will be reviewed after the returned item is received and inspected, or after the issue is confirmed with sufficient photos, videos or other evidence.

   Approved refunds will be processed according to the original payment method or another agreed solution.

   Shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes and local handling charges are generally not refundable unless otherwise agreed.

Shipping Damage

   If the package or product is damaged during shipping, please take clear photos and videos before installation or disposal.

   Please keep the original packaging until the issue is confirmed. This helps us communicate with the shipping company and provide a faster solution.

After-Sales Support

   For eligible product issues, we may provide technical support, replacement parts or other suitable solutions.

   Before submitting an after-sales request, please provide your order number, product name, vehicle model, issue description, photos and videos.

Installation Responsibility

   Many of our products require professional installation. We strongly recommend installation by an experienced automotive technician.

   Before installation, please confirm the vehicle model, production year and product compatibility with our team. Incorrect installation may affect warranty or after-sales support.
